Justin Francoeur is an American guitarist, bassist, singer, composer, and music producer. He writes and performs in the genres of pop, fusion jazz, and metal, among others. He is known for experimenting with musical ideas and lyrical themes, and for his electrifying live performances.
as the son of a composer, it was only natural that justin began his musical journey at a young age. he was given private tutelage on the guitar in his early years, and as a high school student, was honored with the Louis Armstrong award for best jazz performance. After high school, Justin chose to study performance at Berklee College of Music in boston. when his studies were complete, he went on to begin a professional career in his hometown of Denver, Colorado. He has been seen performing in Broadway shows, countless local clubs, and across the country opening up for major acts, such as ccr and skid row. In 2013 he released his debut album Moving Through Universes after 7 years of vision and work.
Currently, Justin lurks in the remote woods of the pacific northwest, and focuses his musical efforts on producing projects of his own and others. always striving to improve, he is constantly honing his craft, and experimenting with new genres and sound. His fusion jazz/metal album No Delicacy Required is expected to be released in the Spring of 2018.
